Elena Voropay – My Searching Journey
February 14th, 2007
Elena Voropay is a charmingly nerdy hot chick who went through more life stages than you heard of. From conservatively polite, disciplined, persistent, well-manared straight-A honor student who spent days away playing the piano, taking private dance classes, learning French, English, Russian and Japanese in private schools, to fun-loving under-age drinking night-outer. From shaved pink-haired heavily pierced grundgy punk to sensually aware vegan with lifetime dedication to Kundalini Yoga. From highly motivated passionate writer to fitness fanatic and bodybuilding freak.
Where has all that anchored Elena Voropay? In journalism, of course. Writing takes her breath away. But don’t expect boring news-cast production from Elena (she has done that, on TV, newpapers and radio… another day… another fire… somebody died… someone was born… – same old, same old).
Elena Voropay is absolutely passionate about keeping the body, mind and soul healthy and well naturally. Indeed, the living body is an amazing self-balancing natural machine that works as one unit. When something is out of balance – the domino effect takes its toll, and everything falls apart.
As a well-educated university graduate with three degrees (Journalism, Communications, Marketing and Advertising) and countless certifications (Personal Training, Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Iridology, Fitness Instruction) Elena Voropay believes that science and medicine can bring the humanity to the next level. But we have to work with nature’s gifts and optimize the body’s potential to be the best we can.
Elena Voropay now writes, consults and presents on all health and fitness related aspects. She is a published passionate health, fitness and science writer having her articles features in popular magazines Women’s Fitness and Health , Ironman , Men’s Health , Australian Natural Health, Northern Light. Elena Voropay is dedicated to helping others in finding their ways to optimal health and well being by giving them the tools of best-captured knowledge. She loves integrating strange ideas with most interesting actualities, controversial messages with truth-revealing fallacies, unknown science facts with top-notch natural medicine innovations.
Elena Voropay is an optimistic giggling blogger who manages several web-sites (www.AustralianFitness.com and www.AustralianNaturopathy.com ). She is finishing her Health Science Degree and is writing three books on three different subjects.
Elena lives on the ocean beach of the Australian Central Coast and enjoys her daily Yoga practice on the beach. She loves biking, hiking, swimming, gardening, cooking, and gets her hands on every healthy source of information she can find. Hello Elena. I always enjoy reading your articles in magazines and now I have found your website. I am curious to know what you think of industrial hemp food or if you would like information and a sample of hemp protein powder to review.
Happy Planet presses the Australian hemp seed for oil, high in Omegas 3 and 6. What remains of the hemp seed after pressing is called hemp meal. The meal is then processed in our World-first milling system – no-oxygen, no-heat, no-light – enabling any product milled to retain all its nutrients. Traditional milling systems heat to high temperatures and can deplete up to 80% of nutrients. The mill also mills grains and raw dried foods.
Our hempseed protein powder and flour is just hempseed finely powdered – no additives or preservatives. When a customer opens a product package at home, it is the first time it has seen/felt oxygen or light.
Australia is the last western country in the world to legislate hemp food for human consumption, even though American ok’d it in 2004.
Until the food law is changed in Australia, we are required to state on our website and labelling “for pet food only in Australia, suitable for human consumption where legal”.
Mrs Flannerys and Wray Organics health stores are both stocking our hemp food products and well sell product online with wonderful customer feedback.
If you wish to discuss further or require further information, don’t hesitate to contact me by above email or phone 1300 550 260.
Blessings and hempiness,
Kathleen Green
Happy Planet
